Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SnagBoss. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

SnagBoss helps you record defects ("snags") in a property and produce reports to share with your builder. The reports you create are your responsibility; we don't inspect your property or guarantee that any defect will be accepted or fixed by a third party.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account. We sign you in by email; keep access to your inbox secure.

Payments

A property unlock is a one-off charge for lifetime access to that property. Professional plans are recurring subscriptions you can cancel any time. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record, who handle applicable taxes. A property unlock is tied to a single verified address and can't be transferred to another property.

Your content

You own the property and snag data you add and grant us the licence needed to store and display it to provide the service (including via any private links you create). Don't upload anything unlawful or that infringes others' rights.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
