This policy explains how SnagBoss — a trading name of Rhimic Limited — uses cookies and similar technologies on www.snagboss.com and app.snagboss.com. The short version: we use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. That's why you won't see a cookie banner here.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can recognise you between pages and visits — for example, to keep you signed in.
The cookies we set

Because this cookie is strictly necessary to provide the service you've asked for, it doesn't require consent under UK law.
Analytics without cookies
We measure how the service is used with privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. This gives us aggregate numbers (like page views) without setting cookies, without fingerprinting your device, and without tracking you across other sites.
Third parties
When you pay for SnagBoss you check out with Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout pages for essential purposes such as payment security and fraud prevention — see Stripe's cookie policy for details.
Local storage
Our apps may use your browser's or device's local storage for practical preferences — such as your language or display choices, and, in the mobile app, snags you've captured offline that are waiting to sync. This data stays on your device and isn't used for tracking.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block or delete the sb_session cookie, you'll be signed out and won't be able to stay signed in to the app.
